He is very excited about this great opportunity to help an already great board and all the Opera House’s talented staff, as well as its volunteers.

Did you know that the Rochester Opera House was built inside the City Hall in 1908!
This historic restored theater is the only one remaining in the world with a unique mechanism that raises the orchestra floor at an incline for amphitheater seating and levels the floor for dancing.
The Rochester Opera House now operates as a not-for-profit organization.
The venue offers a large variety of regional, national, and internationally recognized artists
. A large variety of entertainment does not necessarily mean a large venue.
The opera house has only 300 seats giving each guest a more intimate experience.
