First City Cars and Trucks will be handing out over a thousand pieces of candy TONIGHT for Rochester's Annual Halloween Spooktacular!!! This fun, popular downtown event will start at 4:00pm and last through 6:00pm for costumed children 10-years-old and younger. Sarah and Amanda will have a scarecrow themed photo booth and handing out candy in the Union Street parking lot! Stop by and say "Hello!"
