Officer Frank raced in the 4 cylinder enduro race at this year's Halloween Howler!

As you can see in the video, it looks like Officer Frank needs a refresher on knowing when to stop when he’s got a flat tire...
He finished 42 laps before the vehicle was totally disabled. Anyone have AAA he can use?
